This 2-hour standalone workshop is designed for individuals with limited Excel experience. In this online session, a teacher will guide you through examples tailored to a healthcare setting. You will learn about:

Entering & editing data Shortcuts & tips to increase productivity Introduction to Excel functions How to use SUM, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE, COUNT & COUNTA Using functions to analyse data.

Working with large spreadsheets Filtering data, Using Freeze Panes, Hiding columns and rows Using absolute cell references Copying formulas, Linking formulas across worksheets Conditional formatting.

Creating custom rules, highlighting cell colours, exploring functions like SUMIF for data analysis, and gaining an introduction to Excel charts and graphs.


Formatting and Functions with Excel (Intermediate)

This 2-hour workshop is for individuals with Excel experience who want to explore more advanced features. In this online session, a teacher will guide you through examples tailored to a healthcare setting. The workshop will cover:

Review of standard data formatting and techniques. Conditional formatting using pre-set rules. Review of basic mathematical functions like SUM, AVERAGE, MIN and MAX The IF, SUMIF and COUNT function.


Excel Data Analysis (Intermediate)

This 2-hour workshop is designed for those with Excel experience who want to explore more advanced features.

In this online session, a teacher will provide guidance using examples tailored to a healthcare setting. You will cover:

Introduction to Paste Special Absolute and Relative cell referencing.

Using filters to drill down through the data The SUMIF and SUMIFS functions Introduction to creating charts.
